What Is Agency Work?
When you work through an agency, Regional Recruitment Services becomes your employer, and we assign you to roles with our partner companies.

How It Works
Step 1 – Register With Us
Share your details, right-to-work documents, and work preferences so we can set you up quickly and safely.
Step 2 – We Match You With Suitable Assignments
Your consultant identifies roles that fit your skills, experience, and availability — and sends you full assignment details before you accept.
Step 3 – You Start Working for Our Client
You complete your shifts or assignment on-site with the employer, while being supported and employed by Regional Recruitment Services.
Step 4 – We Manage Your Pay & Ongoing Support
We process your weekly pay, handle your admin, and stay in touch to offer new opportunities when you're ready for your next assignment.
The Contract For Services between us is only applicable from when you have started agency work on our behalf. We have no obligation to offer you agency work, and you have non-obligation to accept the agency work that we offer to you. In line with the Agency Worker Regulations, you will receive equal pay and benefits to comparable employees after the qualifying period, for any client you undertake agency work with.
