Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading marketing company based in Leicester.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the overall management & support of new and existing customer projects on a daily basis, whilst providing outstanding customer service and being the primary point of contact between the business & the customer.

*To provide accurate information to all internal departments to ensure a smooth project process. To include face-to-face briefings where required.
*To ensure all projects that you are managing are delivered on time to the client's specification.
*To communicate changes to schedules whilst managing clients expectations.
*To identify and document all additional costs, to be added to client invoice.
*To be on top of every aspect of your project schedule, ensuring that key event dates are correct and updated in a timely manner. To further ensure that each activity is happening on time to minimalise impact to GI & client.
*To manage all clients' stock requirements and ensure they meet GI specifications. To ensure that all clients are in receipt of the business' Delivery Specification document.
*To provide Technical support on some projects to help clients achieve their outcomes.
*To work with Commercial and Outwork to support accurate costings and ensure that stock is supplied to the specification of the job.
*To provide 'cover' and support for the wider team, keeping abreast of changes and requirements relating to the clients assigned to you on the 'Buddy List'.
*To invoice all projects within the agreed service level requirement.
*To maintain a good working relationship with clients and manage expectations.
*To attend external meetings, discussing new briefs and/or reviewing previous projects.
*To seek internal and external feedback with a view to making improvements on future projects
*To work with production & sales to ensure jobs are produced the most efficient way, whilst meeting client requirements.
