We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a leading healthcare provider based in West Molesey.
Basic Salary of up to £40,000 per annum

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Compile and analyses financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
*Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with Chartered Accountants standards.
*Make sure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
*Reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities, carry out bookkeeping duties.
*Prepare financial management report ensure these are accurate and done timely on a monthly, quarterly and at year-end close.
*Continuous management and support of budget and weekly forecast activities with others.
*Make sure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses are done.
*Analyses and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
*Develop systems with to make sure financial information efficient use and resources and procedures and quick and effective, provide strategic recommendations and maintain current systems of the business.
*Organise and manage others in the finance team, be disciplined and be have accountability.
*Be able to implement and consistently improve the systems at work
*Play an active role in helping to develop and implement a strategic plan of the company
*Have excellent written, oral communication and IT skills with the ability to prepare reports and support others.
*Expert in excel, word, outlook and computers in general with ability to use initiative packages
*All interactions with HMRC and Companies House
*HMRC - P14/P60 & P35 * HMRC - P11d & P11d(b) * HMRC - Class 1A NIC payments * HMRC - Annual accounts * HMRC - Corporation Tax return (CT600)
*You must be ACA, ACCA or FCCA qualified.
