Job Description

We are urgently looking for an Accounts Administrator based in Runcorn to work for one of our biggest clients. You will need to have experience within an accounts administration position, be driven, hardworking and have excellent customer service skills. This is a temporary up to 12 month contract, working Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (40 hours a week).


- Creating customer invoices
- Processing supplier invoices
- Handle incoming calls in a professional manner answering any queries
- Building a good rapport with customers
- Following the company's policies and procedures.


- Experience within a accounts payable or accounts receivable position previously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work to deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of Navision
- Strong IT/computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have cash collection experience


- Basic salary of £8.25 p/h
