Job Description


We are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a market leader, Supply Chain and Logistics Company based in Bardon. You will need to be driven, hardworking and ideally have both Accounting and Administration experience.
This role is a full time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, general office hours however flexibility may be required in the future.


-Salary paying up to £21,000 per annum dependent on experience

-28 days holiday including bank holidays, you will accrue an additional 1 day's leave per annum after 5 years of service.

-To provide administrative support to the operational team and other departments when needed.
-Reconciliation of worker's hours
-Sales and supplier invoicing
-General Purchase ledger duties
-Minute taking
-Administering and controlling data and KPI's
-Supporting with the HR process when required


-Experience in using a finance system e.g. SAP/Oracle/Sage
-Professional level of customer service
-Excellent attentional to detail
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
-IT literate
-Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner
-High levels of organisation due to the fast paced environment
