An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Administrator within a fast growing company based in Ilkeston.
Salary £18,000 - 20,000 per annum depending on experience (pro rata)
28 days holiday inc. Bank holidays
This is an exciting opportunity and varied role, the main function is bookkeeping using the company's account system, SAGE. It is therefore essential the person we recruit has bookkeeping experience and in particular is an experienced user of SAGE accounting software
*Credit control including cash allocation from remittances received and chasing outstanding balances
*Posting purchase ledger entries
*Enter payments, producing proof of payments
*Input purchase invoice onto the purchase ledger
*Enter details onto the Finance Agreements Spreadsheet
You will have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role and have a good understanding of general accounts functions. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally across all levels with both external and internal stakeholders. You will have strong attention to detail, be organised and be able to work in a pressurised environment.
