A fantastic opportunity exists to join a well-established and growing business in Leicester. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be an experienced ad enthusiastic Accounts Assistant who has a strong eye for detail along with a happy and confident communication style.
Basic Salary £16,500 - £19,500 (depending on experience)

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
*Daily Sales Invoicing
*Communicating with the Sales Office up-to-date sales figures
*Reconciling receipts and payments on Sage
*Competent use of excel spread sheets
*Reconciling PayPal, Sage pay and Amazon receipts
*Solving discrepancies and managing Credit notes
*Petty cash receipts and reconciliation
*Company credit card reconciliation
*Confident in dealing with queries from customers over the phone
*Supporting the team with additional jobs as required
*Sage Experience is a key requirement - please do not apply without it!
*Experience of Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers
*Proven track record of experience in an Accounts role
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good organisational skills
*Confident telephone manner
*Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
*Team Player with confident friendly communication style
