Job Description

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced PA / Administrator for one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributors of corporate clothing, exhibition and display materials and branded promotional items. This is an excellent opportunity with an established employer and offers great opportunities for career progression.


Circa £17,000 to £20,000 per annum plus benefits
Genuine opportunities to progress within the company
23 days holiday plus statutory days

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09.00 to 17.30)


Offer effective administrative support and diary management to company directors
Assist with sales support to all divisions of the company
Provide advice to customers to ensure complete client satisfaction
Client and supplier liaison, strengthening relationships at all times
Support the team with additional hands-on resources where required
Constant customer communication by phone, email and social media
Use of bespoke CRM software (full training provided)


Previous experience in a similar PA / Administrative function
A genuine desire to further their career within a leading local employer
Literate and numerate and able to work with pricing and product information
Confident telephone manner and happy speaking with clients and suppliers
Methodical and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
A good standard of education and IT literate (MS Office)
Enthusiasm, flexibility and keen to learn new skills across the entire business
