Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrator to join a leading pharmaceutical company. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, business hours.

Assisting with complaints and helping to find a resolution
Dealing with external companies and suppliers
Ordering samples
Stock and invoicing orders
Provide administrative support to the whole team
Keeping the in-house systems up to date
Events management - travel arrangements, etc.
Arranging team meetings
General administration - filing, scanning, photocopying, scheduling meetings

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organisation
Proven ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisation and administration skills.
High accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic and solutions focus attitude

Basic Salary circa £19,000 per annum
