We are urgently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading utilities company based in Windsor. The ideal candidate would be reliable, have previous administration experience and able to work independently. You would be working on a temporary basis Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. The role is paying £16.00 - £20.00 per hour depending on experience.
* Scheduling vote briefing
* Updating internal systems
* Arranging the logistics for sessions
* Booking rooms and sending invitations
* Tracking attendance
* Creating reports
* Collating statistics
* Managing the central inbox
* Liaising with external colleagues regarding briefings booked
* General administration duties
* Previous experience within a similar role and office environment
* Proficient with Microsoft suite especially Excel
* Be able to work independently, prioritising workload
* Excellent communication both verbally and written
* Strong organisational skills
* Salary - £16.00 - £20.00 per hour
