An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor exists within a leading New house builder covering the East Midlands.
Basic Salary of up to £27,000 per annum

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*To take ownership of achieving sales completions in line with monthly targets.
*Actively progress reservations through to completion maintaining regular contact with third party Agents and Solicitors.
*Liaise with all parties involved, including third parties agents and solicitors and maintain regular contact (at least once a week) with all parties involved throughout the process and communicating and recording information received during this communication.
*Maintain appropriate records, databases and systems to ensure the efficient and accurate management of customers/reservists details and associated purchases. In particular the Sales Progression System (SPS).
*Upon agreement, progress the sale and purchase procedures in conjunction with all parties and targeting a 6 week exchange period.
*Gather current chain details and verify with the appropriate agencies and parties involved.
*Establish timescales with all parties involved and confirm with all parties, ensuring all agents in the chain fully understand the deadlines for exchange and completion.
*Progress the sale and purchase procedures in conjunction with all parties and targeting a 6 week exchange period.
*Proven experience of working to conclude sales and deliver an excellent customer experience to timelines and targets, within a similar role and industry.
*Able to engage with and manage third parties (e.g. construction, estate agents, solicitors) in order to progress sales to conclusion. Been able to communicate on all levels is key, able to build up a rapport very quickly and ability to step back or try another angle in order to gain information.
*Ability to identify problems and be reactive especially given the nature of the conveyance process which is becoming much more complex.
*Ability to problem solve is a must, always looking at how we can solve any problem to make it happen for our customer and to meet our deadlines.
*Customer relationship and Customer service focused, empathetic, patient and understanding of differing needs and priorities of others.
*Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
