Leicester, City Centre

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 p.a 0TE up to £40,000

Hours: Mon - Friday 8AM -5PM

Regional Recruitment Services are looking to attract a talented Business Development Executive with a successful track-record within B2B sales. The Opportunity:
We seek an individual that will be responsible for generating new service users, but also maintaining and expanding on existing relationships that have made Regional Recruitment the success it is today. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best-rated agencies within the Midlands, according to Google. This role offers the right individual full autonomy and the freedom to make decisions throughout the sales process, and of course will be given the full support of the Senior Management team to be a success within this role.

Key Objectives:

The successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following;

  • Create awareness with prospects and generate demand for our recruitment solutions.
  • Matching our service to the customer's needs ensuring he/she sees the value of doing business with RRS.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to generate new leads and close sales.
  • Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets.
  • Manage, report and achieve sales targets and pipeline.
  • Work closely with the account management team in order to ensure that there is a smooth transition once new business has been won.
  • Booking direct one-to-one meetings at customer's sites, to present bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Evaluate and lead strategic approach to new business development

The Candidate:

We welcome interest and applications from Business Development Executives with High Street and / or specialist agency experience, or a demonstrable successful previous experience in B2B sales that hold the following skills and abilities:

*A full UK driving licence and flexibility around standard working hours. This is an essential requirement because the role will include meeting with clients and candidates.

*You must have the ability to connect with people and build professional working relationships with key decision makers.

*We want to hire an ambitious sales person that considers business development, influencing and strong negotiation skills as some of their key strengths.

*An abundance of tenacity and resilience.

*Professionalism. Are you the sort of person that will put your best efforts into every task involved in the recruitment sales process? This is important to us.

*A consultative approach to selling.

*The ability to build quick rapport and long-lasting relationships over the telephone and in person.

*Be able to negotiate to a high-level as full autonomy on sales contracts will be given.
