Job Description

A Business Development Executive is required for a very well-established Full Service Digital Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a great company who provide bespoke web-based solutions for a wide and diverse range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience - predominately within an agency setting, with confidence in obtaining new clients through implementing their great sales and strategic business development skills. However this role is also open to candidates who have had a little less experience who are looking for their next step into a long-lasting and successful career within new business development.

We are looking for someone with initiative who will be comfortable working with both existing and new clients and an individual with a great and confident personality. You will have a commitment to deadlines and a drive to succed - using your experience and initiative to illustrate new ways of developing and obtaining new clients, and be confident in showing the benefits of working with this fantastic company. You'll be introducing decision makers to the most attractive benefits and range of services, from SEO & PPC strategies to e-Commerce and slick web-design, as well as many other revenue-boosting add ons.

Benefits:

* Salary of £20,000 to £28,000 per annum dependant on experience
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday.
* 09:00 to 18:00.

A good knowledge of the following is essential:

* Digital Marketing knowledge (prefferred)
* Experience within developing new business
* Sales experience (preferably within a marketing/agency environment)
* A great telephone persona, with the ability to develop and build on both new and existing relationships
* Confidence within selling and explaning specific products and services
