An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager who can roll their sleeves up and be passionate about the business's growth, who understands the dynamics of The Workplace Design and fit out industry.
*A company pension scheme
*Uncapped commission (OTE £70,000 pa)
*Basic Salary Up to £40,000 pa
*25 days' holiday
Using established processes and inter-personal management skills you will coordinate, develop relationships both externally and internally, ensuring the growth plans and goals of the Business Development team are communicated and agreed and achieved.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in Sales/New Business Development.
To Win New Workplace Design and fit out revenues to complement our existing projects.
Seeking out new business ventures and having a proactive approach rather than reactive approach.
Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure company procedures are defined appropriately to meet new business needs, ensuring client service levels are achieved and customer satisfaction enhanced.
Manage the transition of project ownership from the Business Development Channel to Client Support channel ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports for senior management as directed, ensuring that management is kept appraised of performance relative to target, budget etc.
*Proven sales background in Sales or Business Development, particularly new business.
*Ideally existing knowledge of work place design and fit out, or interior architecture
*Excellent Planning and Organising
*Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
*Innovative and great business acumen
*Commitment to excel
*Ability to build relationships with clients and managing partnerships
*Desire to be in results driven focused role
