Job Description

Business Development Managers required for a Food Safety, Health & Safety and Fire Safety consultancy company based in Leicester. These are permanent roles offering a basic salary up to £35k per annum. With the OTE in the first year expected to be £50k - £70k per annum, successful candidates will need to be self motivated and well organised, and ideally experienced within the hospitality or retail sectors.

Duties:
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop these through calls, email and social media.
- Work with the team to build and develop sales strategies.
- Identify indirect sales opportunities.
- Attend trade and networking events.

Ideal Candidate:
- Will be able to demonstrate results in B2B sales.
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and the quarterly / annual KPI's.
- Will have a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- Ideally will have experience within hospitality or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
