* Manage and handle claims from start to finish
* Investigate claims using the more appropriate method
* Liaise with solicitors, customers and the business
* Take actions needed with relevant authorities on fraudulent cases
* Provide support and coaching on claims investigation to stores, regional managers and depots
* Maintain files and diary systems in accordance with policies
* Assist other team members when required
* Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
* Good understanding and knowledge of Pre-action protocol and CPR rules
* Strong negotiation skills and organisation skills
* Excellent communication both verbally and written
* Keen eye for detail
* Salary £11.28 per hour
