CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - Supply Chain
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Account Coordinator within a Logistics company based in Leeds.

BENEFITS:
Salary £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
oResponding to all queries in a timely fashion
oFirst point of contact for Client and the company Network
oKnowledge of Jubilee to locate containers (delivery bookings etc)
oSupporting client to update Authorisation in a timely manner
oUnderstand SOP requirements (and make agreed amendments)
oDeal with operational exceptions outside the SOP (e.g. light loads)
oSupport users with operational queries
oTraining sessions for new Client users
oEnsure you provide clients with an accurate and timely status of their orders
oManaged via Action Lists / Updates / Dashboard
oOperational emails (e.g. Missing PO's/Items/Vessels)
oAdd new users/accounts
oAdvising Client of any changes to planned shipments or deliveries
oAdvising of any import information / changes of procedures or market updates to client including origin updates

THE CANDIDATE:
oUnderstand the key drivers in an effective supply chain operation
oUnderstand the importance of working within a team, fairness towards colleagues, sharing knowledge and assisting
oAble to build relevant relationships with the team/clients
oBe passionate about service and working in partnership to offer the best possible service to clients
oMS Office Skills - Esp exel (inc basic knowledge of formulas)
oConfident telephone manner
oGood communication skills
oLogical thought process.
oProblem solving ability.
