Responding to requests relating to data protection and privacy
Liaising with solicitors, legal representatives and insurers regarding different requests
Updating and Inputting information on the database accurately
Dealing with general queries by phone and email
Developing relationships with clients
Ensure all security procedures are followed correctly
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
Be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Be able to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Logistical and professional approach
Able to follow guidelines and know when to escalate a query
Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Ongoing temporary contract guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months
Excellent working environment
