Contract Administrator

Following a period of growth and increase in customer orders, we are now looking for a Contract Administrator to join our highly reputable client based in Stevenage. This position is offered on a temporary ongoing basis working Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

Duties of the Contract Administrator

- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
- Message taking
- Raising tickets for specific jobs
- General Administration
- Entering data into the system and on to Excel spreadsheets
- Filing

Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following;

- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- High level of accuracy
