We are recruiting a Contracts Administrator for one of the region's leading suppliers of flooring to the Construction and Retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that are enjoying continued and sustained growth. Circa £17,000 per annum
20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

37.5 Hours Monday to Friday
DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
Recording and maintaining job cards, costs and purchase order logs
Assist with purchase ordering and basic procurement
Ensure clients are well informed of proposed arrangements and working schedules
Liaise with engineers, contractors and subcontractors to facilitate start of works
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS VACANCY:
Previous experience in a busy administrative environment
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Numerate, literate and able to work in an often pressured environment
