We are recruiting for one of the region's leading commercial and industrial cleaning providers. Established for over 30 years this is a truly exciting time to join them. This role will offer great autonomy and reports in to the Managing Director.
Leicester, Coalville, Ashby De La Zouch, Tamworth, Loughborough, Hinckley
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum depending upon experience
28 days' annual leave including statutory holidays
Laptop / Tablet

40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Flexible between the hours of 06.00 to 20.00)
DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
Regular auditing of cleaning standards, site stock and staff performance
Monitoring of service requirements
Health and Safety compliance to include lone working policies, site H&S etc.
Manage and monitor personnel issues relating to holiday requests, sick management etc.
Staff welfare and development
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS VACANCY:
Previous experience in a similar role within Contract Cleaning OR Contract/Industrial Recruitment
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database knowledge (ACT! or similar CRM software)
Extremely well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Staff management experience within a service industry environment
Knowledge of health and safety at work
A full, clean UK driving licence
