Job Title; Credit Collections Advisors

Salary; £9.25 per hour
Location; Leicester

We are looking for a large number of Credit Control Executives to interview and start work immediately. These positions are initially offered on a 6 month contract and we have the following shifts available;
Shifts available:

· 30 hours per week - Saturday to Wednesday 8am to 2pm
· 36 hours per week - Saturday to Monday 9am to 7pm & Tuesday 9am to 5pm
· 36 hours per week - Thursday 9am to 5.30pm & Friday to Monday 3.30pm to 10.30pm
· 24 hours per week - Thursday 3pm to 10pm, Friday 4pm to 11pm, Saturday & Sunday 5pm to 10pm
· 36 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 3pm to 11pm
· 30 hours per week - Tuesday, Wednesday , Friday & Saturday 3pm to 11pm
· 32.5 hours per week - Wednesday to Sunday 8.30am to 3pm
· 33.52 hours per week - Wednesday & Friday 1.30pm to 10.30pm, Saturday1.30pm to 10pm , Sunday 1.30pm to 10.30pm

The Role;

- Manage a portfolio of customers, researching the best way to contact them, build relationships and assist with their needs whilst negotiating a way forward with their payment
- Deal with inbound calls from customer to resolve their payment issues and make outbound calls to proactively collect overdue payments
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners to resolve customer queries
- Liaise with customers/external partners via telephone, e-mail and letter
- Record all information and payment queries on the in-house systems
- Identifying any potential fraudulent activities on customer accounts

The Candidate;

- An excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills
- A background within a similar role would be advantageous
- A resilient nature with the ability to deal with difficult circumstances and sensitive situations
- Ability to investigate complex issues and research customer accounts to find a resolution
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
