An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Account Coordinator within a growing company based in Coalville.

Salary £21,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

The Strategic Account Co-ordinator is responsible for delivering a high level of customer and administrative service to the sales team and the expanding portfolio of Customers, Distributors and end users.

*Deliver a high level of customer and administrative service to the sales team, distributors and end users.
*Process quotations and sales orders accurately and enter information onto SAP.
*Deliver a high level of service/admin support to the external Account Team for all customer service related activities.
*Proactively progress customer orders to completion and respond to customer enquiries within expected timescales.
*Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, including liaising with customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products.
*Obtain field feedback and work with Quality, Sales Managers and other colleagues to solve customer problems, improve quality and reliability and drive product improvement.
*Process consumption reports and managing/controlling consignment stock.
*Create and manage delivery schedules.
*Liaise with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager to ensure product is delivered on time and in good condition.

*Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service environment within a manufacturing environment.
*Experience in processing quotes, generating sales orders and asset management register.
*Must possess outstanding communication skills.
*Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
*Passion for delivering an outstanding customer service.
*Highly effective organisational and multi-tasking skills.
*Energetic, upbeat professional.
*Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
