CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Account Manager within a growing technology company based in Leicester.

BENEFITS:
Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Dealing with inbound enquiries into the CAM Team
*Dealing with day-to-day queries and Issues in a timely and professional manner
*Customer Complaints & conflict resolution
*Liaising with and raising / escalating to other departments e.g. Support, Provisioning, Training, Product & Development, Finance)
*Responsible for account managing a high volume of EMEA based customers
*Setting and managing client expectations of services and contractual commitments
*Building relationships with key client stakeholders
*Identifying, qualifying and capitalising on Inbound Sales enquiries
*Closing Sales Opportunities
*Understanding and capturing client requirements and raising orders into the Provisioning Team
*Proactive Account Reviews, predominantly via phone

THE CANDIDATE:
*Comfortable in a client facing environment
*Customer Services experience & passionate about client satisfaction
*Business / Commercial acumen
*Professional Telephone Manner
*Demonstrate the importance of ownership
*Have had experience of working within a busy team
*Knowledge / experience of either IT software or telecoms would be a distinct advantage
