You will need to have experience within administration and customer service, be driven, hardworking and have excellent customer service skills. This is initially a temporary going contract, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week).
*Receiving calls regarding services and repairs
*Dealing with customer calls professionally
*Planning and scheduling engineers diaries.
*Ordering materials and parts
*Processing internal email requests
*Liaising with engineers
*General administration duties including filing, updating the system and posting letters
*Experience in working in a similar position and environment
*Good telephone manor
*Be able to adapt and be flexible
*Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
*Highly organised, with good time management skills
*Excellent customer service and administration skills
*Basic salary of £8.45 p/h
