Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a leading utilities company based in Rotherham. The position will be working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week).

Our ideal candidate will be a strong and flexible team player and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and people skills in a Customer Service environment. They will also have a great knowledge of Microsoft Packages. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established organisation.

General activities will include;

- Reading engineer worksheets to decide if the work is covered
- Raising invoice in-line with agreed charges
- Ensuring all documents are validated
- Making sure that the system is accurately updated
- Ensuring company sales are correctly accounted for and invoicing is prepared
- Preparing supporting documents for customers
- using data to resolve customer queries
- Running daily and monthly reports on individual and team performance

Ideal candidates will have the following;

- Previous experience within a similar position
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong listening skills and a customer service focused approach
- Good I.T. skills
- Exceptional Communication skills both verbally and written
- Problem solving skills
- Great organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
