Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a prestigious company based in Runcorn. You will need to have experience within administration and customer service, be driven, hardworking and have excellent customer service skills. This is initially a temporary going contract working Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm.


*Provide administrative support to the whole team
*Planning and diary management
*Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
*Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to maintain the company's standards
*Update the internal system
*Accurately recording information


*Experience in working in a fast paced environment
*Strong communication skills
*Have a background in administration or customer service
*Highly organised, with good time management skills
*Be able to work full time office hours
*Excellent customer service skills
*Able to use Microsoft Office packages


*Basic salary of £8.25 p/h
