Customer Service Administrator

Regional Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of one of the leading Energy and Telecom cable systems provider. This position would suit someone with previous Customer Service experience within a Transport setting as you will be working alongside Planners and the Transport Manager.

Duration: Temp to Perm - genuine long term prospects
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40 hrs Mon to Fri
Hours of Work: 8:30 to 17:00
Ideal Start: 22nd July 2019

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator

* Responding to emails quickly and precisely regarding delivery queries
* Answering incoming calls from customers regarding deliveries
* Administration/ entering and updating spreadsheets, required documentation
* Working towards KPI's and sticking to deadlines

Skills of the Customer Service Administrator

* Strong organisational skill
* Transport knowledge or some sort of experience a traffic office
* Flexible approach to work (as a new contract there may be a lot of changes)
* Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Strong customer focus (role is extremely customer focused and facing)
* Strong people and communication skills
* Strong telephone Communications skills
* Ability to investigate and report back findings to site management and customers in details
