Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £8.45 p/h
Skills: Admin, typing, customer service, booking appointments

You will need to have experience within administration and customer service, be driven, hardworking and have excellent customer service skills. This is initially a temporary going contract.


*Provide administrative support to the whole team
*Type up property specifications for brochures and advertisement's
*Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
*Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to maintain the company's standards
*Booking in service repairs in a timely manner
*Ordering materials and parts
*Contacting residents and tenants


*Experience in working in a fast paced environment
*Strong typing skills are essential for this role
*Be confident dealing with vendors and handling queries
*Have a strong background in administration
*Highly organised, with good time management skills
*Be able to work full time office hours
*Excellent customer service skills


*Basic salary of £8.45 p/h
