Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Burton on the Wolds, near Loughborough, Leicestershire

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in a role in Burton on the Wolds. This position will be working Monday - Friday, office hours between the hours of: 7:30am - 5:00pm.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong and flexible team player and will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and people skills in a Customer Service environment. They will also have a great knowledge of Microsoft Packages. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established organisation that has a fantastic reputation in their industry.

The Role:

Co-ordination of all customer queries and questions
Handling all incoming calls
To communicate with customers over the phone and e-mail on a daily basis
Liaise internally with Regional Managers to ensure great Customer Service
Ensure all queries are answered effectively and efficiently
Collate quotations
Use of computers and all Microsoft packages.

The Candidate:

Good interpersonal skills are essential
Previous experience in a similar position are beneficial
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
A good team player
