Job Description

We have a number of opportunities to join our award winning Customer Service team based in Ashby De La Zouch. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced, contact centre based role with immediate starts available in the New Year. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering first class customer service at all times and being an ambassador for a number of highly reputable brands.

Duties in this role will include;

- Answering inbound telephone calls from a variety of customers
- Using your listening skills to identify potential problems and suggest a resolution
- Working within a fast paced environment with fluctuating workloads
- Working with key stakeholders within the business to suggest business efficiencies
- Working with your line manager to discuss any potential self development opportunities

Ideal candidates will possess;

- Either previous experience in a similar role or a desire to pursue a career in Customer Service
- Polite telephone manner
- Strong I.T. skills
- Ideally available to start work immediately
- Able to commute to Ashby on a daily basis
