Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £9.90 per hour plus overtime paid at x1.5
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Leicester

We are currently recruiting for a large number of Customer Service Advisors to join our prestigious Leicester based client, initially on a 6 month contract. These positions are offered on a full time basis, working between the hours of 8am - 6:30pm.

Duties in this role will include;

- Resolving any customer issues at first point of contact wherever possible
- Provide administrative support to the whole team
- Handle incoming calls from both engineers and tenants, in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to maintain the company's standards Dealing with inbound customer enquiries within targeted timescales
- Ensure that all customer information is captured accurately and the in house database is kept up to date

This position is available for an immediate start. To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following;

- Previous experience in a similar role with proven experience of working towards and achieving targets
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail with a Customer Service focused approach
- Strong I.T. skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone
