Job Description

We have a number of Customer Service Advisor roles available with a leading company based in Loughborough. These will initially be offered on an on-going temporary basis until at least Jan 2018.

Salary : £7.50 per hour + Bonus
Hours : Mon-Fri 09.00 - 18.30 & Occasional Saturdays 5 days out of 6 (40. hour week)

The main objective will be to provide first time resolution to customer queries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services within a contact centre environment. To handle all customer contact including but not limited to, service calls, order fulfilment calls and written and e-mail correspondence.

*To handle the customer contact as outlined in your departmental targets
*Own and resolve customer queries to the highest standards - this may include completing offline work/ call-backs with the customers where appropriate
*To maintain excellent quality standards on each & every contact
*Handle contact regarding Returns and Exchanges, ensuring company procedures are followed and retention of customers where possible
*Investigate and resolve account queries and complaints
*Promote the products and services the company offers

*Have an ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
*Be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
*Possess the necessary listening and communication skills required to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
*Self-Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
