Job Title: Customer Service Advisors

Salary: £10.25 per hour (£19,713 per annum)
Contract: Temporary - 6 months minimum
Location: Leicester

We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our prestigious Leicester based client, initially on a 6 month temporary contract. These positions are offered on a full time basis, working 37 hours per week on flexible shift between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Sunday. The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience and a great telephone manner.

Duties in this role will include;

- Handle incoming calls investigating and resolving any customer issues at first point of contact
- Working towards targets by effectively cross selling company products
- Escalate any queries or complaints to the relevant team if needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to maintain the company's standards
- Accurately supply information on company products and service
- Identify any risks and escalate when necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

This position is available for an immediate start. To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following;

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- High attention to detail with a Customer Service focused approach
- Strong I.T. skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone
- Adaptable to change with an ongoing commitment to self-development
