We are urgently recruiting for an experienced a Customer Service Advisor, speaking German to work in a temporary role near Loughborough. This position will be working Monday - Friday, office hours between 7:30am - 5:00pm. Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and people skills in a Customer Service environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established organisation that has a fantastic reputation in their industry.

The Role:

Co-ordination of all customer queries and questions
Handling all incoming calls
To communicate with customers over the phone and e-mail on a daily basis
Liaise internally with Regional Managers to ensure great Customer Service
Key Account Management
Ensure all queries are answered effectively and efficiently
Collate quotation

The Candidate:

You must be able to speak German
Good interpersonal skills are essential
Previous experience in internal sales / customer service are beneficial
Good communication skills, both written & verbal in German and English
Excellent attention to detail
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to positively promote a professional way of working culture
Advanced PC skills (Outlook and Office)
SAP knowledge is preferable
