Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Night Shift

We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our prestigious Leicester based client, initially on a 9 month temporary contract. These positions are offered on a full time basis, working 4 days out of 7 including alternate Saturday and Sunday's. Monday - Friday - 6pm - 2am & Saturday/Sunday - 4pm - midnight (37.5 hours per week).

Duties in this role will include;

- Resolving any customer issues at first point of contact wherever possible
- Ensuring all emergency and vulnerable appointments are attended to within a time frame
- Handle incoming calls from both engineers and tenants, in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to maintain the company's standards
- Escalating any queries and complaints when necessary
- Ensure that all customer information is recorded accurately and the in house database is kept up to date
- Scheduling and dispatching appointments

This position is available for an immediate start. To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following;

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and planning/scheduling skills
- Strong attention to detail with a Customer Service focused approach
- Strong I.T. skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone
- Highly organised and has the ability to build strong relationships
