A full-time customer service executive position has arisen to join one of the local areas leading packaging companies, the role will be working as part of the customer service team and is the forefront of communication between the organisation and their clients.
*£17,000- £22,000 dependent upon experience
*8.30-5 Monday - Friday
*20 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Company Pension scheme
The role is highly varied and each day can see you working with different clients and departments. General duties will include:
*Dealing with inbound queries from clients and potential clients
*Processing of orders
*Updating the companies CRM system
*Dealing with design and artworks
*Liaising with other departments to be able to provide timely responses to queries
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service role will have the following skills and attributes:
*Be IT Literate
*Have excellent telephone manner
*Have 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
*Have experience of processing orders
*Be personable and friendly
