If you have strong customer service skills paired with the desire to progress within an office based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are working in partnership with one of the UK's most prestigious and well recognised organisations within the financial services sector and currently have up to 7 x opportunities for people to join our team on a permanent basis.
*Working in a fast paced office environment, you will work within a specialist team with responsibility for progressing financial products through a specific part of the process.
*This role will involve a large amount of telephone work, predominantly inbound calls as well as a large amount of administration on a daily basis.
*You will be required to work with a number of companies and communicate through telephone and emails to ensure the applications for financial products run smoothly.
*Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to learn about other parts of the process to enable you to progress your career
*This is a Monday to Friday job with standard business hours (No late nights or weekends)
*Ideally you will have previous experience within Customer Services or office based work although candidates with a genuine desire to progress within this environment will still be considered
*Excellent communication skills are highly beneficial
*Must be a strong team player and happy to work within a fast paced environment
*Please note, successful candidates will be required to pass a Credit Check, CRB and reference check due to working in the Financial sector
*Permanent positions available with one of the UK's most reputable employers
*Starting hourly rate of circa £16,000 per annum based on a 37 hour working week (£8.25p per hour)
*Monday to Friday office hours (no weekends)
