An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the team of a well-known firm based in North-West Leicester as a customer service advisor / account handler.
*Up to £18,500 per annum
*22 days holiday + statutory bank holidays
*Group Life Insurance (after probation period)

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week between 07.30am and 22.30pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays needed.
The role is to work as part of the customer services team to assist with meeting customer expectation levels and the resolution of incoming queries. The role is to act as an interface between customers and the depot's.
To be considered for the role you should have the following:
*Excellent customer facing skills
*A high level of interpersonal skills
*Demonstrable success in a customer services environment
*Ideally an understanding of UK logistics
*A natural ability for problem solving
