We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer service and admin skills. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading home delivery service. The position would be on a temporary basis working on a shift between 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays (40 hours per week).
* General day to day team support
* Building team rapport and coaching
* Allocating work out to the team, prioritising which are the most urgent roles
* Taking all customer service queries
* Keeping the in-house system up to date with accurate information at all times
* Similar previous experience in a team leading role
* Able to use initiative
* IT skills especially Excel
* An excellent communicator both verbally and written
* Enthusiastic and flexible
