CUSTOMER SUPPORT / 1st LINE SUPPORT ADVISOR
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the team of support advisors for our client based in Leicester city centre as one of their 1st Line Support / Customer Support Advisors
THE PACKAGE
£18,000-£25,000 (dependent upon experience)
THE ROLE
The role is highly varied and day to day duties include providing customers with 1st line support - dealing with all incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries. You will also deal with the support calls as well for those currently experiencing issues and will also respond to support emails in a timely fashion. You will also deal with the live chat incoming queries from the website and as a result of these activities you will need to monitor and process customer cases ensuring that cases are dealt with according to priority.
THE CANDIDATE
Due to the nature of the role the following skills/experience are essential:
*Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures
*Good attention to detail and process orientated
*Excellent problem solver and self-motivated
*Understanding of computer networking equipment ( switches, routers, wireless access points)
The following skills are highly desirable:
*12 months experience in a similar role
*Ability to train end users to enhance customer experience
*Experience of automated dialling systems
*Experience of cloud based technologies
*Knowledge of Windows 7,8,10 and Mac OS
*Knowledge of SIP
*Salesforce CRM
*Knowledge of TCP/IP
