Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produce all invoices
- Send invoices out to customers via post, email or fax
- Answer calls ensuring all customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Process supplier invoices
- Be the point of contact for internal and external meetings
- Manage meeting room diaries
- Create customer accounts on the internal systems
Candidate:
- Experience in a similar position and environment
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Highly organised, with good time management skills
- Able to use all Microsoft Office packages
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Be a team player
Benefits:
