This is a diverse role working within the customer services department of the business. You will deal with customers on an inbound basis and should be expected to deal with queries as and when they arise as well as keeping on top of all administration of the system. The role will also involve providing quotations to potential customers as well.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Excellent telephone manner
*Ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
*Have 2 or more years' experience in a similar role
*Be able to form lasting relationships to assist with customer relations
