The Digital Marketing Assistant will join us as a permanent employee and we're looking for people who are:
*Creative: Highly creative in terms of copy writing for customer focused, multi-channel campaigns and visuals
*Lives, eats and breathes: All things digital, showing a real passion for SEO
*Analysis: has an eye for detail and is proficient in collating the data needed for targeted campaigns and to build reports and analytics
*Technical background: is technically gifted using their digital skills to help our team, but willing to pick up many new skills to add to your skillset
*High Achiever: doesn't just idea generate and doodle in a notepad, but is as passionate about the idea itself as well as actually implementing it and making it happen. This person goes the extra mile, stays later, looks to exceed personal and business goals wherever possible so they can be a high achieving marketer.
What is on offer:
*Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience)
*Bonus: Annual performance related pay based on meeting minimum performance contract requirements of 'Met' [3-10%]
*Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus all UK Bank Holidays. Rising to +5 days after 4 years of service

*Expensed city Visits
*The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
These are not essential, but a knowledge of any of the following would be an advantage:
*Content Management Systems, HTML, CSS
*Any Content Management System experience (Magento, Drupal, Wordpress etc);
*Google Analytics and Webmaster tools;
*SMO - Social Media Optimisation;
*Any web coding skills such as HTML, CSS
*Email Campaign software such as Mailchimp;
*Adobe CC products such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc;
*Knowledge of Moz or SEM Rush
Typical Tasks for this role would involve:
*Creating new landing pages on the website for campaigns;
*SEO housekeeping - e.g. monitor back links, 404 redirects & update sitemaps,using webmaster tools and SEO software;
*Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;
*Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp;
*Providing accurate reports and analysis to company management; including Email campaign & Keyword ranking;
*Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
*Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
*Contributing to company blogs and managing e-communications;
*Assisting with web visuals;
*Developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
*Keeping up to date with current digital trends.
