You will play a key role in the EMEA Supply Chain Team, acting as a main contact between suppliers, branch and warehouse ensuring stock levels are maintained, customer orders are fulfilled and products are shipped on time and in full.
DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Collaborate with the EIMEA Distributor Team to establish the Market Distributors & country/team requirements
*Liaise with Marketing Distributors to facilitate effective demand planning e.g. promotional activity, product launches, product discontinuations
*Collaborate with the Supply Chain Planner to analyse and track historical data to maintain forecasts for nominated customers in the ERP/order processing system
*Liaise with 3rd party contract manufacturers & the Supply Chain Team to ensure supply requirements are fulfilled
*First point of contact for the assigned Distributor Markets. Responsible the completion and ensuring the resolution of orders and all enquiries working with Tribe Members as required
Complete the export documentation and covering invoices to ensure shipment of goods OTIF
*Work with Credit Control to track the status of payments for orders to distributor markets
Coordinate order placement for stock with fillers on a "made to order" basis to ensure stock is available on time to meet customer demand.
*Analyse data and produce monthly reports to supply chain management on agreed KPIs to summarise issues, current status, and resolution
*Broad knowledge of logistics principles and practices
*General knowledge of Supply Chain principles including demand planning
*Follow agreed supply chain & export protocols, standards and processes with flexibility to choose the correct course of action
*Experience of dealing with multiple country export and import regulations is essential.
*Demonstrable experience of working in a supply chain/customer service role, ideally in FMCG or similar industry within one of the following functions: Supply chain, Purchasing, Quality or specifications.
*Experience of using ERP (or similar) systems
*Fluency in another European Language (desirable).
