An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the export team for one of our key clients. The role will be as an Export Sales Administrator reporting in to the Export Manager.
£17k-£18k per annum
The role will encompass a wide range of administrative skills as you will be a key contact for the companies export customers. This is a role that will provide day to day assistance to both customers and the sales team to ensure a first class service is delivered.
As a requirement for this role it is key that you are fluent in written and spoken English and that you are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Dutch.
Responsibilities will include:
* To handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails on a daily basis; answering any customer queries, providing price checks, problem solving or stock information.
*To provide pro-active support to customers and manage orders through the CRM systems, ensuring they are processed efficiently, accurately and delivered on time.
*To handle the complaints received directly from customers.
*To liaise effectively within the business to ensure customers deadlines and expectations are met in a timely fashion.
*To manage own workload in accordance with service deadlines.
*To attain a high and competent level of knowledge on the product range to inspire confidence in situations.
*To take responsibility for own filing/paperwork, to ensure orders/queries can be retrieved and are accessible in a timely fashion.
*Fluent in written and spoken English. Foreign languages are key to the role so fluency in written and spoken Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Dutch is required.
*A proactive individual with excellent/professional communication skills on the telephone and email, an ability to converse at all levels.
*Experience of using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and CRM.
*Customer focused with a can-do attitude.
*Excellent keyboard skills, accurate with a "good eye for detail", thorough, organised and consistent.
*Persistent with an ability to work to tight deadlines
