Field Sales Consultant - up to £30,000 per annum (£65,000 per annum OTE)
Regional Recruitment Services are recruiting NATIONWIDE for Field Sales Consultants for a growing company who specialise in providing EPOS solutions, with the head office based in Leicester.
This is the perfect opportunity for Field Sales Consultants who are looking to climb up the ladder in a rapidly growing company.
The role is to enhance and grow customer base by calling upon hospitality outlets, pitching to new leads, creating synergies, and networking to identify, penetrate and drive sales for our client which provides intuitive EPOS solutions for the Hospitality Sector. This role may be relevant if you previously worked as Business Development Manager, Regional Development Managers, Telesales Executive, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Sales Team Leader, or even self-employed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: up to £30,000 basic salary dependant on experience.
* Generous uncapped commission OTE £65,000

Our client provides EPOS Solutions that has been conceived by a team of experienced Hospitality operators and software developers. With over 75 years of experience between them in the hospitality sector the in-house expertise and customisable point of sale solution sets them apart from the competition.
The Ideal candidate:
* Positive work ethic and highly motivated to produce results
* Experience in face to face B2B hospitality sales
* Be calling on restaurants, hotels, bars, takeaways in their current or previous role
* Confident in demonstrating the system to potential clients
* Proven track record in generating and converting leads
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales
* Enjoy working in tech-enabled environment and have a passion for exceeding own targets
* Pro-active approach to climbing up the managerial ladder
* Must have their own transport (the company will give mileage allowance)
* Field sales: 1 year (Preferred) and Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
