Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a leading healthcare provider based in West Molesey.

Basic Salary of up to £20,000 per annum

*Undertaking financial administration and internal audits
*Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
*Developing and managing financial systems/policies
*Negotiating and obtaining finance for different projects
*Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
*Using Excel extensively - Vlookup, Hlookup, Logical Functions, Text functions - concatenate and mid, Array functions, Pivot tables, Macros, VBA, Graphs and charts, Drop down selections, Applying data validation, Protecting sheets, Locking cells, Custom filtering, Conditional formatting, Financial modelling functions, Referencing data

*You will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar accounts role
*It is essential you are an advanced user in Excel
*You will have good experience of Financial Management
*Be able to work alone and be a self-starter
*Have excellent written, oral communication and IT skills with the ability to prepare reports and support others
