FINANCE ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity exists for a Finance Assistant within a growing company based in Leeds.

BENEFITS:

The main purpose of the role will be to support to the Finance team by carrying out a range of specific and general administrative duties.

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Support Financial accountant and assistant accountant with any requested tasks
*Record and report fuel recharges
*Reconcile Nat West
*Reconcile GIRO bank
*Raise purchase orders alongside trainee financial assistant
*Calculate and bill all promotions billing.
*Van cash posting allocations (share with Credit control)
*Credit Control: Responsibility of some key accounts
*Daily Sales reconciliation (ISM / Sage)
*Processing of Purchase invoices
*Daily reconciliation of van banking
*Procurement - Reporting / processing of pre-arranged transactions
*Admin processing across all areas


THE CANDIDATE:
*You will be studying towards AAT
*Have demontrable experience working in all areas of an accounts department
*Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SumIfs, Pivot Tables, Formatting are a Must
*Have the ability to work on their own initiative and resolve queries in a logical manner.
