Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their successful team in Dudley
This is a fast paced office environment with a full time position available on a temp-perm basis, paying £8.00 per hour.
*40 hours a week
*£8.00 ph which will increase up to £8.65 ph
*Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
*Pension Scheme
*On-site parking
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, management of the engineers and at times step up in the absence of the Line Manager, other duties will include:
*Keeping clients updated with all work carried out / due to be carried out
*Process reports and RAM's as required
*Assist in the resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner and escalating accordingly
*Ensuring all engineers have work booked in everyday
*Liaising with all engineers on a daily basis, checking no delays and updating clients if there are delays
*Raising quotation requests for clients PPM / Remedial work
*Process all jobs for invoicing
*Book appointments for site surveys
*Pass on all engineer's weekly times sheets and vehicle check sheets within time frame
*Record all tasks against the appropriate assets in our systems, including work in progress and completed job inspections, and ensure all documentation relating to maintenance and response works is completed, recorded and distributed in a timely manner
*General Admin duties carried out
*Some out of hours call handling on a rotated basis (4.30pm-8am Mon-Mon)
The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills:
*Previous Helpdesk Admin experience is advantageous
*Experience raising quotations and dealing with engineer's diaries beneficial
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to multi task
*Computer literate with all Microsoft Office software and ELOG/SimPRO
*Excellent communication skills
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Able to work as part of a team
